Return & Cancellation
Thank you for shopping at Mistoriya. We value your satisfaction and aim to provide a seamless shopping experience. Please read our policy below regarding cancellations, returns, and refunds.
1. Cancellation Policy
Before Shipment: You may cancel your order within [ 12-24 hours] of placing it, provided it has not yet been dispatched or entered the production phase (for customized items). To cancel, please contact us at [contact@mistoriya.com] or [9382127103].
After Shipment: Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled. You may, however, follow our return process once the item is delivered (subject to the return eligibility below).
Customized/Personalized Products: Orders for personalized or custom-made items cannot be cancelled once production has started.
2. Return & Exchange Policy
We accept returns and exchanges within [ 7 days] of delivery under the following conditions:
Damaged or Defective Items: If you receive a product that is damaged during transit or has a manufacturing defect, please notify us within [48 hours] of delivery with photos of the damaged product and packaging.
Incorrect Items: If you receive a product different from what you ordered, we will arrange for a replacement at no additional cost.
General Returns: For non-defective items, the product must be unused, in its original packaging, and with all tags/labels intact.
Non-Returnable Items:
Personalized or customized gifts (unless they arrive damaged).
Perishable items ( chocolates, flowers).
Items on “Final Sale” or clearance.
3. Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
Approved Refunds: If approved, the refund will be processed to your original method of payment (UPI, Credit/Debit Card, etc.) within [ 5-7] working days.
Shipping Costs: Original shipping charges are non-refundable. If you are returning a product for reasons other than damage, you may be responsible for the return shipping costs.
4. How to Initiate a Return
To start a return or exchange:
Email us at [contact@mistoriya.com] with your Order ID and the reason for return.
Our team will review your request and provide instructions on where to ship the item or arrange for a pickup (if applicable).
